This Month...

APRIL AND MAY SEASONAL FLAVORS  (March 31- May 30)

 

• Lemon-Blueberry:  Blueberry cupcake with lemon cream cheese frosting, topped with lemon zest and a fresh blueberry.

• Almond-Citrus:  Delicate Almond cake brushed with orange simple syrup,  topped with Citrus cream cheese frosting and garnished with tiny white sprinkles.

• Strawberry Lemonade:  Lemon cupcake with a tart Strawberry cream cheese frosting, and red sprinkles. 

• GF/V Carrot Cake: Our amazing GF/V Carrot Cake, vanilla Bean frosting, and a crown of house-made candied carrots. Mmmmmmm.

 

THE USUAL 

So good that we have them every month of the year.

 

• Chocolate Salted Caramel: Chocolate Cake. Salted Caramel Frosting, house-made Salted Caramel drizzle and flake salt.

• Vanilla-Chocolate:  Vanilla cake, Chocolate Cream Cheese frosting, and a seasonal sprinkle blend.

• Pure Vanilla: Vanilla Cake. Vanilla Bean cream cheese frosting, sparkly white sparkling sugar

• GF/V Triple Chocolate: GF/V Chocolate cake. GF/V Chocolate frosting, garnished with mini chocolate chips.

THE COOKIES

• Chocolate Chip: Everyone's favorite filled with semi-sweet chocolate chips and topped with flake salt.

• Double Chocolate Hazelnut:  Chocolatey goodness studded with semi-sweet chocolate chips and Oregon Hazelnut pieces.

• SprinkleDoodle: Think SnickerDoodle...but dressed for a parade!  

• GF Monster Cookie: It is everything but the kitchen sink--  or Gluten!   Almond Butter, GF Oats, Trupo Rainbow Mini Earth Gem chocolates, and mini chocolate chips. 

• GF/V Lemon Crinkle: If a summer day had a cookie, this would be it.

• GF Chocolate-Dipped Coconut Macaroons: The best ones around.

• Lemon Bar Tarts: Our luscious lemon bar, but bite-size and round.

• Mini Cheesecake:  Just enough cheesecake to barely even register in your calorie count.  Topped with a seasonal garnish.

• Chocolatey Cheesecake Brownie:  Butter, more butter, Chocolate, Cheesecake Swirl, and Gluten:  all the way!

• GF Brownie:  No Gluten, and lots of butter and chocolate make this GF treat a winner.

• GF/V Berry Bar: No Sugar. No Gluten. No Dairy. No nuts.  How could it possibly be so good?  Berries are magic!

• GF/V Banana Chocolate Chip Cake:  We feel like we are always making this--because we ARE!   Very popular with the GF/V crowd.  Great with a cup of coffee.
